Delivery Policy
- Lagos-wide delivery available
- Same-day delivery for orders placed before 12pm
- Delivery fees vary by location: Ikeja âŚ2,500 | Lekki/Ajah âŚ5,000 | Ogun State âŚ2,500
- Delivery timeline: 2â5 hours after payment confirmation
- We will contact you via phone/WhatsApp to schedule delivery
- Deliveries are made between 8am â 7pm daily
Refund & Return Policy
- All products are freshly made to order â we do not accept returns for change of mind
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 2 hours of delivery
- Refunds are processed within 24â48 hours to your original payment method
- Photo evidence of damage/incorrect order is required for refund processing
- Event orders cancelled 48+ hours before delivery receive a 50% refund
- No refunds for event orders cancelled less than 24 hours before delivery

Event Order Policy
- Minimum 100 cups for event cup orders (250ml size)
- Minimum 50 cups for premium event cup orders (330ml size)
- Event orders require at least 48 hours notice
- 50% deposit required to confirm event orders
- Balance to be paid on or before delivery day
- Custom branding & packaging available on request
